Wilkommen zu Deutschland

We have arrived in Kandern, Germany and we certainly feel welcomed!

If we look a little tired in this photo, it's because we had a LONG 15 hours of traveling. However, everyone did well and we had no problems with flights or even grumpy children while flying - it was quite smooth and we know that is because of your prayers, so thank you!

It has certainly been a whirlwind of a few days, but we're here. I still sometimes pause to remind myself that this crazy (and yet divine) love and pull and call to serve Him in Germany one day is actually now a reality. He's so cool and I don't know why we ever expect anything less. He WILL carry out His plans for our lives when we surrender to Him and say Yes when He calls. It isn't always easy (because moving a family of 5 to a brand new country has not proven itself a walk in the park), but it is so incredibly rewarding to be in the center of His will, no doubt. To live for His glory is what He's called us to do, and it is our privilege to do just that in Kandern, Germany at Black Forest Academy in such a time as this.
